This time, we’re talking about the annoying DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE error, which has received a solution recently. The above problem has been solved by Microsoft in update file KB 2983336. So, if you ever received this error message: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f) when you were trying to shut down the computer while you were using the built-in VPN client, then you should know that it has now been fixed.
